Replace one, customer supplied, ceiling fan or fan light combo. Dispose of the old fan.
Replace Ceiling Fan over 9’
Replace one, customer supplied, ceiling fan or fan light combo. Dispose of the old fan.
Replace Ceiling Light up to 9’
Replace one, customer supplied, light fixture (surface mount or hanging). Dispose of the old fixture.
Replace Ceiling Light over 9’
Replace one, customer supplied, light fixture (surface mount or hanging). Dispose of the old fixture.
Bath Fan / Light Install
Supply and install one new bath fan/light combo where an existing fan or fan light is currently installed. Dispose of the old fan.
Investigation (Per hour)
Electrical investigation paid by the hour. Does not include parts/repairs beyond minor adjustments. Additional parts or fixtures available at a discounted rate.
Ground Level Labor
Using customer supplied parts, electrical or general tasks (e.g. replacing light bulbs, hanging vanities, replacing wall plates, etc.).
Ladder Work Labor
Using customer supplied parts, tasks requiring ladder work (e.g. high light bulbs, hanging fixtures, high wall plates, etc.).
Replace Single Pole Breaker
Replace standard single pole breaker (15 or 20 amp manufactured by Square D, Eaton, or Cutler Hammer).
Replace Two Pole Breaker
Replace standard two pole breaker (15 or 20 amp manufactured by Square D, Eaton, or Cutler Hammer).
